Clumping non-invasive fargesia rufa ( sunset glow ) This bamboo only gets 8 to 9 feet tall but looks perfect in any weather. 3 gal pots are $25. 5 gallon pots are $35.
Also have Kwangsiensis running big leaf bamboo. 4 pots left 5 gal pots. $35.
